Neoma is an Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform delivering powerful Proximity Marketing and Proximity Analytics solutions to a wide range of industries. We enable our clients to drive customers to store, build a one-to-one relationship with them and convert footfall analytics to higher rates a real-time basis. Among our analytics, we offer heat maps per profile, which helps our clients interact with specific customer segments and learn from their behavior. We combine two technologies - the Bluetooth-based beacon and geofence - to increase traffic in-store and change the customer experience into a modern, engaging and customized journey. We mainly focus on retail, event and museums so far and have successfully conducted several projects in key locations in Hong Kong, such as the luxury shopping mall IFC (International Financial Centre), PMQ and KPMG offices. We built the whole platform from scratch and started working on it 3 years ago, when the beacon technology was out in the market. That makes us pioneer in the Proximity Marketing market and our solution unique. We have a clear overview of the technology, which makes us keep innovating and offer a state-of-the-art experience for our clients. We have been interviewed by the FT, the SCMP (South China Morning Post), the HK Economic Times and Jumpstart and are currently part of the Blueprint accelerator program in Hong Kong sponsored by the real estate group Swire Properties. Recently, we were happy to be among the Top 100 Asia Award Winners, delivered by Red Herring.
