GIN and Advantage Austria Hong Kong  jointly sponsor 5 Golden Tickets for Austrian later-stage startups in TECH in order to give them the opportunity to participate in the RISE Festival 2018. The chosen startups each get a booth at the conference in order to ideally present their companies and leverage business opportunities. There is also an emphasis on investor & mentor meetings as well as pitching sessions.

The RISE Festival 2018 takes place from 9-12 July 2018 in Hong Kong.

The RISE festival is the largest TECH conference in Asia and gives entrepreneurs in the technology sector the opportunity to build strong connections in Hong Kong and meet potential partners from all around the world. 

 



Big data, software design, bitcoin, robotics, and many more topics are covered by exclusive events with great networking opportunities.

The conference is well know for inviting amazing speakers to their panels. For this years RISE Festival the following speakers have been announced: Joseph Lubin, Co-Founder of Ethereum, Dieter Zetsche, CEO of Daimler, Werner Vogels, CTO of Amazon, Ray Chan Co-Founder & CEO of 9GAG, Sean Rad the Founder of Tinder and many more. 



  


Hong Kong is not only valued for its position as the "doorway to Asia" it is also known for its vast importance as a Startup Hub. The fields of tech and finance  have gained international recognition for being future-oriented and setting new standards.

As the "doorway to Asia" this startup hotspot poses great benefit to companies looking into production facilities in mainland China and investment opportunities beyond the borders of Hong Kong.

Costs: 

GIN refunds 60% of expenses for the acceleration program as well as accommodation and travel costs up to €2.500,- 

GIN & Advantage Austria Hong Kong jointly provide the RISE 2018 tickets for free to all Golden Ticket winners.
